1. Shipping:

1. All items are shipped from Switzerland registered priority airmail. Buyers are responsible for any import taxes or duties that apply in their country.
2. All items are shipped promptly once payment has been received.
3. Average shipping time once the package has been sent is 5-10 business days. Due to random custom checks, security controls or other factors beyond our control at the local post office, there may be delays beyond the average shipping time. Claims for refunds due to lost items can only be processed after 6 weeks.
4. luxury-scarves.com is not responsible for any loss or damage that may occur in transit.
5. FREE priority shipping worldwide.

2. Returns:

All sales final. Exceptions will be made on the rare occasion if an item is not in the condition as described or when a significant defect has been overlooked.

3. Payment:

1. We accept Paypal, money orders, and bank wire. We do NOT accept credit cards or personal checks.
